The Northern Council for Global Cooperation (NCGC) is a network of individuals, organizations and institutions based in Canada's three Northern Territories: Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.  We are  committed to achieving sustainable global development that is democratic, just, inclusive, and respectful of the environment and indigenous cultures.

NCGC takes a leadership role in engaging Northern Canadians around issues relating to global citizenship, global sustainability, and social justice. Through our public engagement work, NCGC strives to give Northern Canadians the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to become active global citizens.
